2. 本机能将板材凹进去的毛孔填平，达到平滑的效果，并将多余油漆刮走回收再利用，能完全免去手工填补，从而大大提高生产效率。

3. 各均布轮，胶轮，输送带和刮补轮由独立电机变频调速控制，调节简单方便。

4. 波纹止滑输送带能耐各种溶剂型的涂料，防止起层打滑现象产生。
